Treasury Report:

– Current account balance = $6200

-EFPAC will be purchasing 10 tables for park for a total of $500

Park Updates:

Wetlands – The project will commence again once electricity is installed by the park district (this should happen by the end of next week). The next phase of the wetlands project involves planting native wetland plants.

Fall Program Registration – online registration begins on Monday 8/15/11 @ 9am. Walk-in registration begins on Saturday 8/20/11 @ 9am.

Cornucopia:

-The advisory council will be hosting the 2nd Annual Cornucopia Fall Festival on Saturday 10/8/11 10am-3pm.

-Discussed entertainment for this year’s festival. There will be live entertainment (T.B.A. – check our website for updates), pony rides, petting zoo, pumpkin patch, bounce house, and concessions. Admission to the festival is free and activities range from $1-$4 each.

-We need VOLUNTEERS for the day of the event. If you are interested in volunteering, please send us an email at eugenefieldpac@gmail.com
